Booty Class
This class will help tone and tighten your booty with exercises that target your glutes, but also strengthens and tones your tummy & thighs and give you some light cardio to work up a sweat.
Weight Loss Yoga
This class will use serval weight lose promoting yoga poses to help tighten and tone your body, increase your flexibility, as well as balance your mind and body and leave you feeling more relaxed and confident. Slow paced, no prior yoga experience needed.
Whole Body Work Out
This interval-based class will help tighten and tone all your major muscle groups as well as give you a cardio work out that will get your heart rate up and boost your endurance.
